(SAN FRANCISCO) Veronica Belmont ended weeks of speculation when she announced herself as her selection for Vice Presidential candidate.

"Who knows me betetr than me," she said.

Belmont promised to bring the same passion and values to the ticket that Belmont already brings.

Speculation had raged over who Belmont would tap for her ticket. Rumours had centered around Casey McKinnon, Ryan Block, and even Tom Merritt and the cat Mr. Littlejeans.

"She's a maverick," said Merritt on learning of the selection. "And nobody knows that more than her  So it makes sense than we she searched for a person that would hold her beliefs and tolerate her maverickyness she would look in a mirror and say 'hey what about you?'"
